We dined there two nights in a row trying different dishes. Loved all of them, as well friendly service and atmosphere. Place is small. Highly recommend making reservation.

One of the best place to have Bacalhau (Cod) as they have a good variety to select from. The service person was helpful with his recommendation.

In the upper side of the city, the locations was beautiful! We had a buffet lunch that was very delicious, with a good choice of plates. The view over the city was incredible! Very nice place!!

Nice intimate restaurant, with great service and a varied menu.  THe dishes we had we all expertly prepared and well seasoned.

Everything about my experience at this restaurant was top-notch. The service was attentive, personalized, and knowledgeable. The environment was perfect. But best of all was the food: every bite was memorable. I opted for a local fish appetizer stew goat. I ended with rice pudding with port foam. the food was inventive and perfectly prepared. I will remember this meal for a long, long time.

This was one of the best restaurants we visited during our two week trip to Portugal. The staff was amazing and we ended up having to buy a bottle of olive oil from them because it was that delicious! Would absolutely come here again. Only complaint is limited vegetarian options.

We thoroughly enjoyed dining at No Tacho.  The personnel were very friendly, attentive and best of all informative.  They not only wanted you to enjoy your meal they also explained the ingredients and derivation of each dish.  The first two courses were delicious , the wine was an ideal pairing and dessert, a great way to finish the meal.  And not to forget the after dinner liqueur which was No Tacho&rsquo;s way of saying thank you for dining with us.  A wonderful evening and one you should not miss!

We booked a table in celebration of my birthday and despite requesting an inside table, the staff recommended an outside one with views and blankets to keep us warm. Our waitress recommended we share the mushroom trilogy starter, so we did and the portion was great. My wife chose the duck and I had the fillet steak, both excellent. My really enjoyed the vegetables on the pur&eacute;e. Our meal finished with sharing two desserts. Great evening , excellent food and good service.
